We understand that medical information about you and your health is personal, and we are committed to protecting medical information about you.

Out of network carriers

Our policy for out of network carriers is to bill all non-contracted insurance carriers as a courtesy to our patients; however, patients may be subject to a higher out-of-pocket expense. We believe in providing the best possible care and we will work with the patient to establish a reasonable payment plan.
